How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks ahead for weekends and peak seasons. That said, we specialize in same-day and emergency bookings—if your event is coming up, call us anyway. We often have availability and love working with tight timelines.
Do you require a deposit to hold the date?
Yes, we require a deposit to secure your event date and package. The exact amount will be discussed when you call. The remaining balance is due before your event. This protects both you and us, and ensures we're committed to your day.
What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand plans change. If you need to reschedule, we'll work with you to find a new date within a reasonable timeframe. Cancellation policies vary based on how close to your event date the cancellation occurs—we'll go over this when you book. Life happens; we're here to be flexible.
Can you accommodate outdoor events?
Absolutely. We set up outdoor photo booths regularly—gardens, patios, backyards, beach venues, you name it. The iPad booth works great in natural light. If weather is a concern, we can discuss setup logistics when you call, and we're always prepared with backup options.
